On my way from Sydney to Melbourne, I had only a very narrow time window left for the unexpected fixing. On very short notice of 2 hours only, they squeezed me into their arvo schedule and replaced the brake disks and pads in under an hour. Their service is second to none and with fair prices!"

"My partner's brakes failed driving down Mount Hotham, 12 hours from home. We called Wangaratta Automotive this morning and they made it a priority to fix it for us today so that we could continue home. We were given a car to use around Wangaratta for the day. We were shown the damaged parts while our car was on the hoist which was very helpful. Had brake pads, rotors and a brake fluid flush done at an incredibly affordable price. They also offered alternative solutions for the issues if we were unable to fund all of the repairs at the moment. The staff are lovely. Absolute lifesavers! Just a shame we don't live closer, would be our regular mechanic if we did!"

"I can’t speak highly enough of Wangaratta automotive. The customer service is excellent. I had injectors and intercooler replaced on my Land Cruiser by Steve at the new shop. Big job - but he kept me informed a couple of times a day with regard to eta on parts and installation timelines. As a customer I couldn’t ask for more! The loan car was a saviour over the week my car was out of action. My car runs so smoothly now and Sean rang me a couple of days later as a standard follow up to makes sure I was happy.
